It´s time for another update. I want to highlight the blog from Mike Morgan . This guy along with Mish was the first that brought the bubble to my attention in 2005/2006. He is probably the best expert with the best track record on the housing sector so far. Here are two exmaples from 2006 Morgan vs Cramer & Catch 22 and one from 2007 ”Florida’s going to have a sonic boom when this happens.” Governor Crist commenting on the real estate boom coming to Florida .

I have noticed that he has switched to housing and financial related stocks recently. I´m not sure how his trading expertise is but you can take his word from "behind enemy lines" for granted when it comes to fundamentals.

Es wird mal wieder Zeit für ein neues Update. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Mike Morgan. Er hat zusammen mit Mish mich zum ersten Mal 2005/2006 auf die Bubbleproblematik in den USA aufmerksam gemacht. Ich halte Ihn für den besten Experten auf diesem Gebiet überhaupt. Beispiele seiner Prognosen gefällig... Er scheint in letzter Zeit seinen Fokus auf die Aktienseite ausgeweitet zu haben. Ich bezweifle das er hier auch nur annähernd so erfolgreich sein kann wie mit seinen Vorhersagen. Was ich aber mit Sicherheit sagen kann das seine Fundamentalanaylsen der Immobilienlage nach wie vor den Nagel auf den Kopf treffen.
