Barry Ritholtz posts for effect. He likes to think he's just sooooooo cool. He has been so wrong on the economy/markets, it's painful. But he never admits it. He just 'morphs' into whatever's clever. A real arriviste, if ever there was one...

I have to disagree.
I think Barry has made very good predictions.
He was spot on the macro level. Read his posts about Housing and the US economy from 12-18 month ago and compare this to the crap that came out from almost everybody else.
And i think he is "cool" :-)
And maybe his call for a Dow close to 7.000 was just 2 years too early ;-)
