Safe journey. If you are off to London, I highly recommend the small eatery in the Capital Hotel on Basil (Knightsbridge). Outstanding (by a factor of 10!) food without the pretense; but it does have a modest fine dining cost.
If you intend to lunch at the Capital okay you may cue up: but to dine....make a reservation.... 33 seats and a waiting list makes it a challenge. But well worth the effort!
Surprising how a small place gets such a nod.

Inzwischen, zurück in Deutschland...
They decided not to build the 'transrapid' train connection between München Hauptbahnhof und Flughafen München. Warum? Zu teuer: at $3b euros, it was too expensive. But to date they have spent $8b euros to bail out IKB. So for that price they could have had two transrapids in München.
