Who are you disclosing your positions to, and why? Is this the law in Germany, or is it an EU mandate?

hello oliver,

no law. just a habit. i have blogged in the past about some smaller goldcompanies and other smaller equities. (long and short)

it is/was often that the stocks are also traded in germany. they are not very liquid and i wanted to make sure that the readers know that i´m maybe talking my book.
